ORDERING FAQs


Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. All orders must have a minimum total of 32 ounces. But don't worry, you can mix and match your cheeses, for example you can get 4 different 8 ounce cheeses.

When will my order ship?

We ship on the 15th & 30th of each month but have a 2 week lead time, so your shipment date will be determined by the date you place your order. For example: If you place your order on the 27th of the month, your order will ship out on the 15th of the following month. If you place your order on the 7th of the month, your order will ship out in the shipment on the 30th.

How is my order shipped to me?

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), sent via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Express Mail in an insulated box with ice packs or dry ice. These items are all perishable though, so be sure to place them in the refrigerator within a few hours of delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, shipments are sent without a signature required to avoid excessive periods in the carrier's possession. It is therefore very important that you ship to a location where someone will be there to receive it. Many of our members ship to work locations or a neighbor who is often home.

How will I know when to expect my delivery?

We will email you as soon as we ship your box with your tracking number so you will be able to track the estimated date of arrival.

Can you ship to my state?

We ship within the continental 48 United States. We cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Does someone have to be home to sign for the deliveries?

It is therefore very important that you ship to a location where someone will be there to receive it and put it in the refrigerator in a timely manor. Many of our members ship to work locations or a neighbor who is often home.


VEGAN CHEESE OF THE MONTH CLUB FAQs


How long is the Vegan Cheese of the Month subscription term and do I have to ship every month?

Choose from 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, or an open-ended, month to month basis. Open-ended orders may be cancelled at any time by simply emailing us at wendysyummyveggies@gmail.com or calling 845-688-9823.

When will the monthly shipments arrive?

We ship the 30th of the month, and your first package will go out the month after you've ordered it.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your first month will be charged when you place your original order signing up. For subsequent orders we will charge your card on file monthly prior to shipping.

How do I skip a month?

Taking a vaca? Don’t want a delivery one month? No problem. Simply email us at wendysyummyveggies@gmail.com or call 845-688-9823. Just remember to make your changes before the monthly cutoff - the 15th of every month.

Is there a minimum subscription length?

No, you can pause or cancel at any time before our monthly cutoff date of the 15th.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, we will send you deliveries based on the length of time you specified upon ordering. You need to contact us with your credit card if you are signing up for more than one month. 

How do I change my delivery address?

Please email wendysyummyveggies@gmail.com or call 845-688-9823 no later than the 15th to change your delivery address before your next shipment.

What happens if I cannot be home to receive my shipment?

Please email wendysyummyveggies@gmail.com or call 845-688-9823 no later than the 15th to inform us if you have a new address, plan to be out of town, or otherwise will not be able to accept delivery that month so that we can either re-route or reschedule your shipment.

Shipping Information

Please read the important shipping information below before ordering to ensure items arrive in optimal condition.
Items not shipped as per instructions below are sent at your own risk!

  1. Delivery - If you will NOT be home to receive the items at the time of delivery, we STRONGLY suggest having the order shipped to your work location, or, to a family member/friend/neighbor who can take the items in and put them into proper cold storage immediately on arrival.
  2. Refrigeration - We are not responsible for items that are too thawed if they are delivered early and not taken in to be refrigerated until later in the evening, so please plan your delivery accordingly so that your order will not spend the day sitting on a porch or in a hallway where it will continue to thaw for many hours.
  3. Agreement - By clicking the check box on each product page prior to adding it to your cart, you confirm that you have read our policies, and accept all risk in shipping this item to you. In the event that you choose not to ensure timely refrigeration upon arrival, we cannot offer any replacements or reimbursements for items that have spent excessive time in heat en route to their destination.

All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day with insulated packaging and ice packs or dry ice. Shipping fee is calculated by weight.

FedEx 2-Day orders up to 5 lbs - $55.00
FedEx 2-Day orders 5.01 lbs to 10 lbs - $65.00
FedEx 2-Day orders 10.01 lbs and up - $96.00

Please do not be alarmed if your cheese arrives in a state of thawing (which may happen if your area is quite warm at the time of delivery), as there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat during the final part of delivery. It will be adequate to consume even if it is not completely chilled when it arrives. Items may begin to warm up on the 2nd day in transit if they are transported in warm trucks or are being delivered to hot areas. So long as you ensure proper delivery in this time frame items will only warm up for a short period at most and will stay cool for the bulk of the journey to you.
